Scope
NB/T 35051-2015 is the English-translated version of 水电工程启闭机制造安装及验收规范.
The manufacture, erection and acceptance of gate hoists on hydropower projects are governed by NB/T 35051-2015, a recommended standard of the Chinese energy industry.
It states the technical requirements and the test requirements for building and installing hoists in hydropower engineering, and it applies to screw hoists, fixed winch hoists, mobile hoists and hydraulic hoists alike.
Classified P26 in China and under ICS 27.140 internationally, it quotes a very long list of supporting documents, including GB 6067.1, GB/T 3811, GB 50205-2012, GB 50231 and NB/T 47014.
It replaces the earlier DL/T 5019-1994. Issued on 2 April 2015, it has applied since 1 September 2015.
