Digital Products

Because our products are digital documents delivered instantly, we generally cannot offer refunds after the PDF has been delivered and downloaded.

Standards we source on request

If you order a standard we don't list yet, we source and translate it for you. Payment is taken when you order, and delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. If we can't obtain it in a reasonable time, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• The wrong standard was delivered
• The document is corrupted or unreadable
• Duplicate purchase of the same standard
• The standard is significantly different from the description shown on the site
• We couldn't source a standard you requested

How to Request a Refund

Email us at sales@chinastandards.org with your order number and the reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
