Refund Policy

Digital Products

Because our products are digital documents delivered instantly, we generally cannot offer refunds after the PDF has been delivered and downloaded.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• The wrong standard was delivered
• The document is corrupted or unreadable
• Duplicate purchase of the same standard
• The standard is significantly different from the description shown on the site

How to Request a Refund

Email us at sales@chinastandards.io with your order number and the reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
