GB/T 1409-2006 — This standard specifies the 15Hz ~ 300MHz frequency range measured permittivity, dielectric loss factor method, and thus calculate certain values, such as loss exponent.

This standard, some of the methods described can also be used for other frequency measurements. This standard applies to measure liquid, fusible material and solid materials.

Test results with certain physical conditions, and such as frequency, temperature, humidity, in special cases also the electric field strength.
