Foreword

GB/T 7113 "insulation hose" is divided into the following sections.

This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This Part replaces GB/T 7113.2-2005 "insulation hose test methods", compared with the GB/T 7113.2-2005 major changes as follows.

--- Standard "range" is further described;

--- Standard "Normative references" cited standards have been updated;

--- Added "long-term heat resistance (3000h)", "dynamic shear at room temperature", "high-temperature dynamic shear", "thermal shock and thermal aging dynamic Cut "," for aluminum rotary stripping "," seal "," rear double thermal substrates bonded T-peel "chapters (see Chapter 38, Chapter 51 ~ Chapter 57).

This section uses redrafted law revision using IEC 60684-2:2003 "Part 2 insulated hose. test method" (version 2.1) and IEC 60684-2A2Ed2.0 (2005).

This part of IEC 60684-2:2003 and IEC 60684-2A2Ed2.0 (2005) made the following editorial changes.

--- The Chapter 38 and Chapter 51 write merge, change the title of "hot durability/long-term heat resistance (3000h)";

--- To Chapter 27, "flame spread test" test mode piano wire diameter instead form preparation;

--- Increased header list poison composition for Chapter 45 "Toxic Index"; the Cf values \u200b\u200blisted in the table instead; by a gas concentration unit "Ppm" to "µg/L" indicates;

--- All icon placed in the final presentation of the text to each icon is placed after the corresponding sections choreography.

1 Scope

GB/T 7113 provisions of this part of the test method comprises a heat shrinkable tube insulation, including the hose. Such hoses are mainly used for electric Insulated conductor portion and the joints of gas equipment.

This section applies to insulation hose.

Note. The purpose of the test is prescribed to control the quality of the hose, but dipping these tests do not necessarily fully applicable to hoses, plastic bag or other specific process should use. If necessary, test methods also need to add a suitable impregnation or compatibility test to suit a particular environment.
