This document is revised and adopted IEC 60684-3-205.2011 "Insulated Hose Part 3.Specifications for Various Types of Hose Part 205.Resistance
Heat Shrinkable Chlorinated Polyolefin Tubing with Nominal Shrinkage Ratios of 1.7.1 and 2.1".
Compared with IEC 60684-3-205.2011, this document has made the following structural adjustments.
--- Added "Terms and Definitions" chapter;
--- Chapter 5 corresponds to Chapter 1, Chapter 5, Chapter 7 and Tables 1 to 6 in IEC 60684-3-205.2011, where the first paragraph corresponds to
Chapter 5 of IEC 60684-3-205.2011, the second paragraph corresponds to Chapter 7 of IEC 60684-3-205.2011, and the third paragraph corresponds to
IEC 60684-3-205.2011 Chapter 1, paragraphs 2 to 4;
--- Chapter 6 corresponds to the test methods in Table 3 and Table 6 in IEC 60684-3-205.2011 and the remarks in the 6th column;

The technical differences between this document and IEC 60684-3-205.2011 and their reasons are as follows.
--- Deleted the "naming" chapter in IEC 60684-3-205.2011, and deleted the normative reference to IEC 60757 (see
IEC 60684-3-205.2011 Chapter 3), in line with my country's national conditions;
--- Deleted the long-term aging elongation of performance requirements in IEC 60684-3-205.2011 (see IEC 60684-3-205.2011
Table 3), in line with my country's national conditions;
--- Deleted S-1714, H-520, O-1176 and O-142 of the fluid requirements in IEC 60684-3-205.2011 (see
IEC 60684-3-205.2011 Table 5), in line with my country's national conditions;
--- Added the soaking time and the completion time of the selected fluid in the test method chapter (see 6.12) to meet the national conditions of our country;

The scheme and judgment rules are stipulated to facilitate the standardization of product inspection;

1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of heat-shrinkable chlorinated polyolefin pipes.
This document applies to flame retardant, heat-shrinkable chlorinated polyolefin pipes with nominal shrinkage ratios of 1.7.1 and 2.1 and service temperature of 120°C.

3 Terms and Definitions

4 Test conditions
Unless otherwise specified, heat shrinkable chlorinated polyolefin pipes shall be shrunk at 175°C +/- 3°C in an oven with forced air circulation
Test after 5min+/-1min.
5 Technical requirements
In addition to the general requirements specified in GB/T 7113.1-2014, heat-shrinkable chlorinated polyolefin pipes should also comply with Tables 1 to 6
requirements.
The breakdown voltage shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 22 of GB/T 7113.2-2014, and the average value of the breakdown voltage shall comply with the provisions of Table 4.
The boost rate is 500V/s.
