3 Condition, of the sample processing

Typically the sample should be at a temperature of 23 °C ± 2 °C, relative humidity of 50% ± 5% under process 168h, and should be tested under the conditions or Test within 3min after being removed from this condition.

In case of dispute, to ensure that after the sample was conditional processing, an increase in terms of quality, should be long enough to sample the first time at 70 °C Drying room, and then at a temperature of 23 °C ± 2 °C, relative humidity of 50% ± 5% of the processing conditions for processing under 240h.

4 Dried specimens

Processing Method A.

As the preferred method, the process is as follows.

Specimens shall be at a pressure of not more than 100Pa in a vacuum oven at 105 °C ± 5 °C to handle 24h, when taken out and placed in a dry Dryer to cool to room temperature.

Processing Method B.

The sample was placed in a blast circulation oven, at atmospheric pressure after 105 °C ± 5 °C drying 168h, when taken out and put Placed in a desiccator to cool to room temperature, the present method is to obtain the desired treatment A similar drying effect.
