Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces LY/T 1278-1998 "Electrical laminated wood board".

This standard is a revision of LY/T 1278-1998 "Electrified laminated wood board", compared with LY/T 1278-1998, the main technical changes as follows.

---Modify "low dielectric loss electrical laminate board" as "electrical laminate board" (see Chapter 1);

--- Added the terms and definitions of "electrical laminate board" and "compared to the tracking index" (see Chapter 3);

--- Revised the requirements for "raw materials" (see 4.1);

---Modify "product organization structure" to "product structure" and adjust its content (see 4.2);

---Adjust "Specification size" and "deviation" to "thickness and its allowable deviation" and "length and width and its allowable deviation", and do the value a new definition (see 4.3 and 4.4);

--- Revised the "flatness of the board" indicator and test methods (see 4.5 and 5.3);

--- Modify "appearance quality of the product" to "appearance quality", increasing the requirements for pits, stains, conductive impurities, etc. (see 4.6);

--- Added the classification of density in the "Performance Requirements" section, removed the "limit thickness expansion ratio after oil immersion, compatibility with transformer oil, electricity Index of creeping electrical strength and relative dielectric constant in gas strength; increased "compressibility, layer shear strength, compared to electrical trace Index, pollution of liquid dielectric, parallel layer breakdown voltage" indicator, and additional modification of the indicator value (see 4.8);

--- Modify the "parallel layer direction" in "compressive strength" to "parallel layer" and "vertical layer direction" to "vertical layer" (see 4.8);

--- Adjust and supplement the content of the "test method" (see Chapter 5);

--- Editing additions and adjustments to "inspection rules" and "packaging, marking, transportation and storage" (see Chapters 6 and 7).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of electrical laminated wood.

This standard is applicable to electrician laminated wood boards which are made by rolling and veneering such as birch and then laminated and hot pressed.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 18259 apply to this document.
