Foreword
This standard replaces GB 15065-1994 "black polyethylene plastic wire and cable." This standard compared with GB 15065-1994 main changes are as follows:
--- Normative references are changed to date references, and references to the latest version;
--- Increase the reference standard GB/T 2951.12-2008, GB/T 2951.14-2008, GB/T 2951.41-2008, GB/T 2951.42-2008, GB/T 18251-2000;
3.2 MH (black medium density polyethylene jacket material), NMJ (black weathering medium density polyethylene insulation materials);
--- Table 2 adds NDH, LDH, GH hot air oven aging tensile strength and tensile strain requirements;
--- Factory inspection items increased "density";
--- Table 2 carbon black dispersion to <=3 level;
--- Table NDH, LDH, GH, NDJ, NLDJ, NGJ the density changes;
--- Table melt flow rate of GH quality 2 to 2.0g/10min;
--- Environmental stress cracking resistance test in TX-10 20% aqueous reagent to TX-10 reagent 10% aqueous solution;
--- OIT press GB/T 2951.42-2008 carried out;
--- Carbon black dispersion according to GB/T 18251-2000 carried out;
--- Hot air oven aging increases MH, test temperature of GH;
6.3 in Table 4 is changed;
