Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 26002-2010 "Stainless steel corrugated hose and fittings for gas transportation" and is consistent with GB/T 26002-2010.

In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Changed the scope, the nominal size was changed from maximum DN50 to DN32, and the inapplicable part was added (see Chapter 1, 2010 Edition Chapter 1);

b) The terms and definitions of “tube blank” and “coated tube” have been deleted (see 3.1 and 3.5 of the 2010 edition);

c) Change the definition of "bellows" to "original pipe" (see 3.3, 3.2 of the 2010 edition);

d) Deleted the nominal pressure classification and corresponding model compilation content of stainless steel corrugated hoses and fittings for transportation (see the 2010 edition 4.1.1, 4.2.2, 4.3.2);

e) Deleted the specifications of DN40 and DN50 (see 4.1.2, Table 4 to Table 9 of the 2010 edition);

f) Deleted the classification of "buried hose" and "non-buried hose", the corresponding model compilation content and the relevant requirements of "buried hose" (see 2010 Version 4.2, 5.1.2.6);

g) Deleted the material grades S32168, S42020, Q235-A, 20 and the minimum wall thickness requirements of the pressure-bearing parts of the corresponding material pipes, and changed The implementation standards for NBR and PE have deleted the requirements for coatings exposed outdoors [see Table 1, 5.1.2, Table 1, 2010 edition 5.1.1.4, 5.1.2.3a)];

h) Deleted the relevant requirements and test methods for stainless steel corrugated hoses and fittings for nominal pressure PN0.01 (Type II) (see 2010 5.1.2.1, 5.1.2.8, 5.2, Chapter 6 of the 2016 edition);

i) The scratch requirements on the original tube surface and the color identification requirements for the coating layer have been changed (see 5.2.1, 5.2.2, 5.1.3.1, 8.1.1 of the 2010 edition);

j) Added the requirements for the coating layer on the corrugated part of the stainless steel corrugated hose for transportation (see 5.3.5);

k) Change the anti-corrosion requirements for non-buried pipe coatings from grade classification to specified coating thickness range (see 5.3.6, 2010 edition) 5.1.2.5);

l) The length requirement for the stainless steel corrugated hose for transportation has been deleted (see 5.1.2.7 of the 2010 edition);

m) The requirements for its overall dimensions have been changed (see 5.3.6, 5.1.2.8 of the 2010 edition);

n) The processing requirements for stainless steel corrugated hoses and fittings for transportation have been deleted (see 5.1.2.9 of the 2010 edition);

o) Changed the flame retardancy requirements and test methods for the coating of stainless steel corrugated hose for transportation (see Table 2, 7.3.12, 2010 edition) Table 4);

p) Added the requirements and test methods for the abrasion resistance of the coating marking of the stainless steel corrugated hose for transportation (see Table 2, 7.3.13);

q) The piping torsion requirements and test methods for pipe fittings have been deleted (see Table 5 and 6.2.10 of the 2010 edition);

r) The mass change rate requirements and test methods for gas resistance of seals have been changed (see Table 3, 7.4.10, Table 5 of the 2010 edition);

s) Added test conditions and test equipment requirements (see 7.1, 7.2);

t) Added the requirements for the tensile rate and torsion rate of the tensile test and torsion test (see 7.3.3 and 7.3.8);

u) The impact energy requirements for the impact resistance test of pipe fittings have been changed (see 7.4.4, Table 5 and 6.2.2 of the 2010 edition);

v) Some inspection items and sampling inspection requirements have been changed (see Table 11, 8.1.3, and 7.2.2 of the 2010 edition);

w) Deleted the sample quantity requirements and single piece inspection judgment in type inspection (see 7.3.3 and 7.4 of the 2010 edition);

x) Changed the marking requirements for stainless steel corrugated hoses and fittings for transportation (see 9.1, 8.1.1 of the 2010 edition);

y) Added the requirements for installation instructions (see 9.2).

Stainless steel corrugated hose and fittings for gas transportation

1 Scope

This document specifies the product specifications, classification and model compilation, materials, appearance, structure and Dimensions, performance requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings and installation instructions, packaging, transportation and storage.

This document is applicable to transmission mediums with town gas, nominal size not greater than DN32, nominal pressure (PN) not greater than 0.2MPa.

Stainless steel corrugated hoses and fittings for delivery systems.

This document is not applicable to stainless steel corrugated hoses and fittings for gas transportation containing dimethyl ether.
