GB/T 24836-2018 covers 1 100 kV gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear and is applied alongside GB/T 11022-2011, whose clause numbering it mirrors.

It fixes the service conditions, ratings such as insulation level, rated current, short-time and peak withstand current and a 2 s short-circuit duration, design rules for enclosures, partitions, basin insulators, pressure relief and gas monitoring, and the type and routine tests, among them the power-frequency voltage procedure and main-circuit resistance measurement at 300 A. Transport, storage, installation, operation and maintenance are covered too, and Annex E adds a technical specification for 1 100 kV basin insulators.

It applies to single-pole enclosed SF6 switchgear installed indoors or outdoors at 50 Hz. It replaces GB/Z 24836-2009, was issued on 13 July 2018 and has applied since 1 February 2019.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB /Z 24836-2009 "1100kV gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear technical specification".

The main differences between this standard and GB /Z 24836-2009 are.

--- Modify the "pressure fit" diagram in the design and structure to increase the blocking pressure (see 5.101.1).

--- Type test and factory test modify the power frequency voltage test procedure and use a ladder diagram (see 6.2.8.2 and 7.2.1, 2009) Versions 7.2.7.1 and 8.1.1).

--- The current used for main loop resistance measurement in type test and factory test is modified to 300A (see 6.4 and 7.4, 2009 edition)

7.4.1 and 8.3).

--- Type test "the pressure test of the partition" was changed to "the test of the partition" and combined with the test of the insulator (see 6.104 and 6.106, 7.14 and 7.16 of the 2009 edition).

--- Requirements for the addition of temporary workshops during installation (see 10.3).

--- Added "Technical Specification for Basin Insulators for 1100kV Gas Insulated Metal-Enclosed Switchgear" (see Appendix E).

This standard shall be used in conjunction with GB/T 11022-2011. Unless otherwise specified in this standard, this standard implements GB/T 11022- The provisions of 2011. In order to simplify the repeated expression of the relevant requirements, the chapter number of this standard is the same as GB/T 11022. For these chapters Supplements are given under the same reference heading, and additional terms are numbered starting from 101.

1 Overview

1.1 Scope

This standard specifies the use conditions, rating, design and structure, test, and communication of AC 1100kV gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear. Use guidelines, transportation, storage, installation, operation and maintenance.

This standard applies to 1100kV indoor and outdoor installation, frequency 50Hz single-pole closed SF6 gas insulated metal-enclosed switch The insulation is obtained at least partially through the insulating gas rather than the air at atmospheric pressure.

For the convenience of the use of this standard, the terms "GIS" and "switching device" are used to describe "gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear".

The gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear covered by this standard is composed of individual components that can be directly connected together, and these Components can only be operated this way.

According to the requirements, this standard has improved and supplemented the relevant standards that constitute the individual components of GIS.
