Foreword

This standard was drafted according to GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This standard replaces GB/T 8905-1996 "sulfur hexafluoride gas in electrical equipment management and inspection guidelines." this standard compared with GB/T 8905-1996, mainly in the following differences.

--- Increasing the terms and definitions;

--- Increased the impact on the environment of sulfur hexafluoride;

--- Sulfur hexafluoride increased the impact on health and safety;

--- Increasing the re-use of sulfur hexafluoride quality norms;

--- Increased sulfur hexafluoride analysis methods;

--- Increasing the recycling of sulfur hexafluoride gas processing, storage and transport;

--- Added Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C and Appendix D four informative annex;

--- Remove the differential gas.

This standard uses redrafted modification method using IEC 60480:2004 "at detecting and removing from the electrical equipment of sulfur hexafluoride gas Li Guidelines "(in English).

The Standard Appendix C lists a number of 60480 standard reg reg control list number IEC . For IEC 60480 This standard also made the following editorial changes.

--- IEC 60480 will be changed to GB/T 8905;

This standard is proposed and managed by the China Electricity Council.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the method of sulfur hexafluoride gas in electrical equipment management and testing, gives sulfur hexafluoride electrical equipment maintenance, repair and Disintegration process gas recovered reuse technology, recommended the recovery process and the re-use of sulfur hexafluoride gas gas quality to be achieved standard.

This standard applies to equipment operation and maintenance of sulfur hexafluoride test, manage, and process gas.

For some specific provisions electrical equipment of sulfur hexafluoride gas management and testing, according to the relevant standards.
