Scope

GB/T 23752-2009 is the English-translated version of 额定电压高于1000V的电器设备用承压和非承压空心瓷和玻璃绝缘子.

GB/T 23752-2009 — This standard applies to. --- Electrical equipment in general-purpose hollow porcelain and glass insulators; --- Switch and gas pressure control equipment and long-term bear hollow porcelain insulators.

These insulators for AC rated voltage less than 1000V, frequency no greater than 100Hz or DC rated voltage not less than 1500V Indoor and outdoor electrical equipment.

Hollow insulators suitable electrical equipment for example as follows. ---breaker; --- Isolation switch; --- Load switch; --- Grounding switch; --- Transformers; ---lightning arrester; ---casing; --- Cable terminal; --- Capacitors.

This standard does not specify electrical type tests, it is because a part of the insulator is composed of electrical equipment, withstand voltage is not absolutely hollow Edge sub own characteristics, but the characteristics of the device.

Foreword

This revised standard adopts IEC 62155:2003 "rated voltages higher than 1000V electrical equipment with pressurized and non-pressurized hollow porcelain and glass Glass insulator "(in English).

This standard and IEC 62155:2003 as compared to doing some technical modifications, at a single vertical line (|) in Chapter they involved Identification of the margin and added to Appendix E to illustrate these changes and their causes.

For ease of use, this standard made the following editorial changes.

"." --- With a decimal point instead of a comma as the decimal point, "";

--- Remove IEC 62155:2003 Foreword;

--- "This International Standard" be replaced by "this standard";

--- Canceled IEC 62155:2003 bibliography.

The Rules for drafting standards by GB/T 1.1-2000, text structure and IEC 62155:2003 are identical.

1 Scope and purpose

1.1 General

This standard applies to.

--- Electrical equipment in general-purpose hollow porcelain and glass insulators;

--- Switch and gas pressure control equipment and long-term bear hollow porcelain insulators.

These insulators for AC rated voltage less than 1000V, frequency no greater than 100Hz or DC rated voltage not less than 1500V Indoor and outdoor electrical equipment.

Hollow insulators suitable electrical equipment for example as follows.

---breaker;

--- Isolation switch;

--- Load switch;

--- Grounding switch;

--- Transformers;

---lightning arrester;

---casing;

--- Cable terminal;

--- Capacitors.

1.2 General-purpose hollow insulators or hollow insulating member

Hollow glass or porcelain insulators or insulating parts applicable to.

--- Not under pressure;

--- Long withstand internal pressure <=50kPa (gauge pressure);

--- Long withstand internal gas pressure> 50kPa (gauge pressure), but the lumen volume 50kPa (Table Pressure), while the cavity volume >=1L (1000cm3).

NOTE. The gas may be dry air, an inert gas such as nitrogen or sulfur hexafluoride gas, or a mixture of such gases.
