Introduction

1 Scope
This document specifies the overall requirements, data classification, collection and processing, modeling and model configuration requirements for substation secondary system data and models.
This document applies to the design, development, testing, construction, operation, maintenance and overhaul of substation secondary systems.

3.1 data
A reinterpretable formal representation of information suitable for communication, interpretation, or processing.

The abstraction of the characteristics of things and the description of them using a certain structure and semantics can be understood and used by different applications.
