Scope

GB/T 33601-2017 is the English-translated version of 电网设备通用模型数据命名规范.

GB/T 33601-2017 fixes how the equipment of a power grid is named in the common model data that systems exchange. It defines a device's natural name, its path name - the grid, plant or line and voltage level it belongs to - and the unique full path name that joins the two.

It then gives the naming rules for: the grid and its regulatory agencies, the plant, the line, the main primary equipment of the grid and of the distribution network, the secondary equipment and the measurements, with an informative annex of examples.

It is written for modelling in a power system's on-line and off-line application systems and for the information they exchange, and cites GB/T 2260, GB/T 31464, DL/T 860 and DL/T 890.301. It was issued on 12 May 2017 and has applied since 1 September 2017.

Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

Introduction

To promote the exchange, sharing and use of power grid equipment model data at all levels of power grids and business units, in the implementation of industry standards On the basis of perfect distribution, secondary equipment naming rules, norms and guidance online and offline application system modeling and application of information exchange between the system Force device naming.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the naming rules for power system equipment and general model data for power plant equipment in power plants.

This standard applies to the power system online and offline application system modeling and application of information exchange between systems.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 The natural name of the grid equipment

The uniform specification name used by the power system equipment in the operation and management of the power grid.

Note: Naming follows GB/T 31464 and SD240-1987 (2005).

3.2 The path name of the grid device

The description of the attributes of the grid, plant (or line) and voltage level to which the device belongs, in accordance with the rules of the specification.

3.3 The full path name of the grid equipment

The complete name of the device used to exchange and access the grid, that is, the combination of the path name of the device and the natural name of the device, Is unique.

3.4 Feeder

From the substation outlet to another distribution line of the contact switch or another power supply terminal of the actual configuration of the distribution line. [DL/Z1080.2-2007, definition 2.62]

3.5 Medium Voltage Distribution Line

Medium voltage distribution line is from the substation or distribution station (the) outlet interval leads to the next station into the line (or load point or contact open Off).

3.6 Low-voltage distribution line
