Scope

GB/T 33607-2017 is the English-translated version of 智能电网调度控制系统总体框架.

GB/T 33607-2017 sets out the overall framework of the smart grid dispatching control system.

It fixes the overall design and the functional positioning and composition of its application groups - real-time monitoring and early warning, dispatch planning and security checking, dispatch management, and the grid operation cockpit - with the basic platform they all sit on, and it states the capacity, performance indicators and functional availability the whole system has to reach.

The basic platform chapter covers the message bus and service bus, data storage and management, platform management, public services, data acquisition and exchange, and system security.

It applies to the design, development, construction, acceptance, operation and maintenance of such systems at provincial level and above, and county-level systems may follow it as a reference. Issued on 12 May 2017, it has applied since 1 December 2017.
