Scope
GB/Z 120.305-2026 is the English-translated version of 微电网 第3-5部分:微电网监控及能量管理系统测试.
This document sets out the overall requirements, the test conditions and the test methods for the monitoring, control and energy management systems of a microgrid, and applies to microgrids operating at 35 kV and below. The control system is what makes a microgrid a grid rather than a collection of equipment: it decides when to island, how to share load between generation and storage, and how to come back onto the main grid without disturbing it. Those behaviours can only be trusted if they have been tested, and this part of GB/Z 120 says how the testing is done. Issued on 28 January 2026 by SAMR and SAC as a guiding technical document, under the technical jurisdiction of the China Electricity Council. Part 3-5 of the microgrid series.
