1 Scope

This standard specifies a text-based interface specification for simple operation of power system production control and management services, including text-based services. The grammar, the semantic rules, the service architecture and the process, the service definition, the service management, the service access and so on technical content.

This standard applies to the use of text-based simple services in power system production control and management operations.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Service interface

A formal description of a particular function defines the parameters required to implement the function and returns the result.

3.2 Service consumer

The procedure for accessing the service is described according to the service interface.

3.3 Service provider

A service that implements the functions defined by the service interface and provides services.

3.4 Simple service

Can be relatively independent of the operation, with a simple input parameters and output the results of the application.

3.5 Coarse-grained service

Encapsulate large chunks of business/technology services in an abstract interface to reduce the number of service request interactions.
