This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
This document is Part 2 of GB/T 24114 "Digital Control Systems for Sewing Machines - Mechanical Electrical Equipment". GB/T 24114 has been... The following sections were published.
---Part 1: General Technical Requirements;
---Part 2: Data Dictionary.
Introduction
With the arrival of Industry 4.0, my country's entire sewing machinery industry is transforming towards automation and digitalization. The future of sewing machinery... Digital control will gradually replace manual control and become the mainstream in the industry.
The digital control system of sewing machinery is the main component for realizing the digital control of sewing machinery. During operation, external data commands are transmitted through... A digital control system controls the actions of each unit of the sewing machine, thereby achieving automation. Simultaneously, through a server and digital control... Data exchange between systems enables interconnection and data sharing among sewing machines. (GB/T 24114 "Electrical Equipment of Machinery")
The "Digital Control System for Sewing Machinery" ensures the basic performance and safety of the digital control system for sewing machinery and solves the problem of interoperability between sewing machines.
The matching problem in the process is proposed to consist of four parts.
---Part 1: General Technical Requirements. The purpose is to standardize the basic functions and performance of various digital control systems for sewing machines.
Requirements include safety protection performance, environmental adaptability, electromagnetic compatibility performance, manufacturing quality, packaging and transportation requirements.
---Part 2: Data Dictionary. The purpose is to organize the static data, dynamic data, and status data from the processing of various sewing machinery and equipment. Fan, forming the basic data dictionary for interconnecting sewing machines.
---Part 3: Data Exchange. The aim is to establish a data exchange mechanism between the digital control system and the server, building upon Part 2.
Exchange protocol enables free communication between management software such as MES, VMS, MDC, and SCADA and the digital control system of sewing machines.
Data exchange. Establish sewing machine equipment models and the mapping requirements between these models and protocols, ultimately achieving interconnection of sewing machines. Interoperability and data sharing under the premise of ensuring security.
---Part 4: Testing and Acceptance. This section aims to standardize the testing and verification of the requirements in Parts 1 through 3.
