1 Scope
This document stipulates the overall requirements for information exchange between the electricity market transaction operation system and the electricity sales technical support system (hereinafter referred to as "information exchange"). requirements, mechanism, content, format, technical indicators, security requirements, verification methods and expansion methods.
This document is applicable to the system design, software development, testing and acceptance of information exchange between the power trading center and the electricity sales company.

3 Terms and definitions

3.1 Electricity market operation system
Based on the theory of power system and power market, applying computer, network communication and information processing technology, and complying with the operating rules of the power market.
It is a technical support system that supports the electricity market transaction process and the production and operation of market operating agencies.
3.2 Electricity retail technical support system
A set of calculation methods that provide technical support for electricity sales companies' electricity purchase activities in the wholesale electricity market and their electricity sales activities in the retail market.
A technical support system composed of computers, network communication equipment, security protection and other hardware equipment, system software, and application software.
3.3 Market operator
