Scope

GB/T 33602-2017 is the English-translated version of 电力系统通用服务协议.

GB/T 33602-2017 defines a general service protocol for power systems, specifying its architecture, interaction modes, service primitives and communication protocol.

It applies to the exchange of predefined and custom service data between dispatching control centres at every level, power plants and substations, and to the design, development, construction, operation and maintenance of power monitoring systems and equipment.

It describes the service-oriented architecture and the protocol structure, the interaction flow with domain management, service management and the service agent, then the application protocol data unit with its control code, service code and frame length, the application service data unit with its object, parameter, stream and class description units.

Eight annexes list the service numbers compatible with DL/T 860.72, DL/T 634.5104, GB/T 18700.1 and DL/T 476. It was issued on 12 May 2017 and has applied since 1 December 2017.
