GB/T 40585-2021 is the English-translated version of 电网运行风险监测、评估及可视化技术规范.

GB/T 40585-2021 specifies technical requirements for monitoring, assessing and visualizing power grid operational risk, a combined measure of the likelihood and harm of events that affect safe and stable grid operation in real time or the ultra-short term.

After general technical requirements it deals with risk monitoring, risk assessment and the visual presentation of grid operation risks, and it defines risk scenario, risk severity, risk assessment and risk early warning.

Informative annexes set out a grid operation risk index system and the definition, calculation and evaluation methods of the risk indicators. It applies to power dispatch agencies and operation and maintenance units at provincial level and above, while other dispatch and maintenance units and grid planning and design bodies may use it for reference. 1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for the monitoring, evaluation and visualization of power grid operation risks.

This document is applicable to power dispatch agencies and operation and maintenance units at the provincial level and above, other power dispatch agencies and operation and maintenance units, and grid planning and design. Units such as calculations can be implemented by reference.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 30149 and DL/T 1230 apply to this document.

3.1 Power grid operational risk

A comprehensive measurement of the possibility and harm of factors or events that affect the safe and stable operation of the power grid in real-time or ultra-short-term.

3.2 Risk scenario

Factors that affect the safe and stable operation of the power grid or specific scenarios in which events occur.

3.3 Risk hazard

Serious consequences caused by factors or events that affect the safe and stable operation of the power grid.

3.4 Risk assessment

Comprehensive assessment of risks and hazards.

3.5 Risk early warning

Based on the source of the risk, according to the degree of risk, the risk information is notified in a visual manner, and the operation and maintenance personnel of the power supply network refer to it. And decision-making.
