Scope

GB/T 40866-2021 is the English-translated version of 太阳能光热发电站调度命名规则.

GB/T 40866-2021 sets the rules for naming solar thermal power plant systems and equipment for grid dispatching.

It covers the power station itself, its grid access system with lines and circuit breakers, the generators and their exciters, the booster station equipment such as busbars, transformers, instrument transformers, reactors, arresters, breakers and isolating switches, the secondary electrical equipment including relay protection, automation and communication, and the thermal system from collectors and heat storage to heat exchange and the steam turbine.

General rules divide equipment between direct and permitted dispatch scope and fix who names and approves it. It applies to new, expanded and rebuilt tower, trough and linear Fresnel plants connected at 110 kV and above; other plants may use it by reference. It was issued on 11 October 2021 and has applied since 1 May 2022.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

1 Scope

This document specifies solar thermal power stations, solar thermal power station access systems, generators, power station booster station equipment, power station electrical Dispatch naming rules for secondary equipment and systems, thermal systems, etc.

This document is applicable to tower, trough, and linear Fresnel-type turbine generator sets that are connected to 110kV and above power systems. Newly build, expand and rebuild CSP stations. Other voltage levels and types of CSP stations shall be implemented by reference.

2 Normative references

The content of the following documents constitutes an indispensable clause of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, dated quotations Only the version corresponding to the date is applicable to this document; for undated reference documents, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this document.

GB/T 51307 Design standard for tower solar thermal power station

GB/T 51396 Design standard for trough solar thermal power station

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 33601, GB/T 51307, and GB/T 51396 apply to this document.

4 General

4.1 The naming scope of solar CSP station dispatching refers to the scope of systems and equipment that the dispatching agency exercises command power, and it is divided into the direct dispatch jurisdiction scope. Scope (hereinafter referred to as the scope of direct adjustment) and permitted jurisdiction (hereinafter referred to as the scope of license), specifically including solar thermal power stations, solar thermal Power station access systems, generators, power station booster station equipment, power station electrical secondary equipment and systems, thermal systems, etc.

4.2 The naming of the solar thermal power station system and equipment should be divided according to the scope of dispatch, follow the principle of specification and uniqueness, and accurately reflect the equipment Or the functional attributes of the system and its natural name. When there are multiple units (sets) of the same type of equipment, in addition to the process requirements, the rest of the equipment follows the natural The ordering principle is to name and number first east and then west, south and north, up and down. The electrical switches connected to the system should be double numbered.

4.3 Solar thermal power station, solar thermal power station access system (including external power supply line), generator, field station booster station The electrical secondary equipment and systems of the standby and power station belong to the direct dispatching equipment of the power dispatching agency, and are named by the power dispatching agency to which they belong. The dispatching agency issued the "Approval for Power Station Dispatching Equipment" to confirm.

4.4 The thermal system equipment in the station is the internal dispatching equipment of the power station, and the systems and equipment that directly affect the power generation conditions and regulation capabilities should be included The subordinate power dispatching agency permits the jurisdiction of dispatching, and the power station shall name it by itself, and submit it to the subordinate power dispatching agency for the record as an official document.

4.5 The change in the operation status of the direct-regulated equipment of a certain level of control agency has an impact on the operation of the direct-adjusted power generation, transmission and substation system of another level of control agency At the time, the equipment should be included in the scope of another level of regulation and control agency, and be reported to the other party's regulation and control agency for record. License scheduling scope device life The name should be approved by the relevant licensing regulatory agency; for equipment authorized to be dispatched by the lower-level scheduling agency, the scheduling naming should be negotiated and confirmed by the two-level regulatory agency. Make and publish documents for the record.
