Scope

GB/T 14825-2023 is the English-translated version of 农药悬浮率测定方法.

GB/T 14825-2023 is the Chinese national standard on determination method of suspensibility for pesticides, in the field of agriculture. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 7 September 2023 by the State Administration for Market Regulation; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 April 2024. Classification: ICS 65.100, CCS G23. This page is published from the official record of the standard held by the Chinese standards administration: the identification, the dates, the classification and the issuing body are taken from there. The clause text, the tables and the numeric limits are in the document itself, which is delivered complete in English translation.

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 14825-2006 "Method for Determination of Pesticide Suspension Rate". Compared with GB/T 14825-2006, except for structural adjustments In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

---Increased the suspension concentration range (see 4.2.4.1);

---Changed the test temperature (see 4.2.4.1,

4.1.3 of the.2006 version);

---The calculation formula of the weight method has been changed (see 4.3.5,

4.5.5 of the.2006 version);

---Added standard hard water preparation method for dissolving water-soluble packaging bags (see Appendix B). Please note that some content in this document may be subject to patents. 3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 standard hard waterD standardwaterD Water with a hardness of 342 mg/L, a molar concentration ratio of calcium and magnesium ions of 4.1, and a pH value of 6.0~7.0.

3.2 water soluble bag water soluble bag Pesticide solid preparation packaging bags made of polymer water-soluble film.

4 Test methods

Warning. Personnel using this document should have practical experience in laboratory work. This document does not address all security issues. user Responsibility for taking appropriate safety and health measures.

4.1 General provisions The reagents and water used in this document refer to analytical grade reagents and deionized water unless other requirements are noted.

4.2 Active ingredient method

4.2.1 Principle Use standard hard water to prepare the suspension of the sample to be tested into a suspension with appropriate mass concentration. Under the specified conditions, let it stand in the measuring cylinder for a certain period of time During the period, remove the upper 9/10 of the suspension, use the active ingredient method to measure the mass of the active ingredients in the bottom 1/10 of the suspension, and calculate the suspension rate.

4.2.2 Reagents and solutions Standard hard water. Standard hard water D (unless otherwise specified), the preparation method is carried out according to the method described in Appendix A.
