Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 19567.2-2004 "Bacillus thuringiensis Suspension". Compared with GB/T 19567.2-2004, except for the following. Aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

---The appearance has been changed (see 4.1,

3.1 from the.2004 version);

---An 8000 IU/µL specification and its control parameters have been added (see 4.2);

---The instructions for the test insects used in the determination of the virulence potency of Bacillus thuringiensis suspension have been revised (see 4.2,

3.2 in the.2004 edition);

---The protein mass fraction index for Bacillus thuringiensis suspension has been modified (see 4.2,

3.2 in the.2004 edition);

---The pH value specification for Bacillus thuringiensis suspension has been changed (see 4.2,

3.2 in the.2004 edition);

---The wet screening test for Bacillus thuringiensis suspension has been modified (see 4.2,

3.2 in the.2004 edition);

---Added the pourability index and test method for Bacillus thuringiensis suspension (see 4.2, 5.9);

This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, acceptance and quality guarantee period for Bacillus thuringiensis technical materials, as well as their marking, labeling, packaging, and storage. The study described the experimental methods for the Bacillus thuringiensis parent drug. This document applies to the quality of Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. cathayensis (Bta) and Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. Kustack (Btk) suspension products. control.

Note. Other names, taxonomic status, and morphological characteristics of Bacillus thuringiensis are described in Appendix A.
