Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 22621-2008 "Propomocarb Technical Specification" and GB/T 22622-2008 "Propomocarb Hydrochloride Aqueous Preparation".

Compared with GB/T 22621-2008 and GB/T 22622-2008, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

---Change propamocarb hydrochloride aqueous agent to propamocarb hydrochloride soluble agent (see Chapter 1, GB/T 22622-2008 Chapter 1);

---Added propamocarb hydrochloride technical control items and indicators (see 4.2);

---Change the mass fraction of acetone-insoluble matter in the control project indicators of propamocarb technical material to the mass fraction of water-insoluble matter (see 4.2, 3.2) of GB/T 22621-2008;

---Added propamocarb hydrochloride soluble chloride ion mass fraction, propamocarb mass fraction and mass concentration control items and guidelines Standard (see 4.2); Added permanent foaming control items, indicators and measurement methods (see 4.2, 5.11); pH value changed from "3.0~7.0" Changed to "3.5~6.5" (see 4.2, 3.2 of GB/T 22622-2008); deleted water-insoluble matter control items and measurement methods (See 3.2 and 4.4 of GB/T 22622-2008);

--- Added chloride ion identification test and chloride ion mass fraction determination in propamocarb hydrochloride technical drug and propamocarb hydrochloride soluble preparation. Methods (see 5.3.2, 5.6);

---Change the determination method of propamocarb mass fraction and propamocarb hydrochloride mass fraction from "liquid chromatography" to "gas chromatography" (See 5.5, 4.3 and Appendix A of GB/T 22621-2008, 4.3 and Appendix A of GB/T 22622-2008);

---Deleted the acceptance period of propamocarb technical material (see 5.6 of GB/T 22621-2008);

---Added inspection rules (see Chapter 6);

---Increased the quality guarantee period (see 7.2).

1 Scope

This document stipulates the technical requirements, inspection rules, and acceptance of propamocarb technical material, propamocarb hydrochloride technical material, and propamocarb hydrochloride soluble preparation and quality guarantee period, as well as signs, labels, packaging, storage and transportation, describing propamocarb technical material, propamocarb hydrochloride technical material, propamocarb hydrochloride soluble agent test methods.

This document is applicable to the quality control of propamocarb technical product, propamocarb hydrochloride technical product, and propamocarb hydrochloride soluble product.
