1 Scope
This part of GB/T 5832 specifies the method for the determination of trace moisture in gases by dew point method.
This part is suitable for the determination of trace moisture in gases such as hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, helium, neon, argon, krypton, xenon, nitrous oxide and the like. Discomfort
A gas used to condense before the condensation of water, and a gas that reacts with moisture.
This part of the application for 0 °C ~ -100 °C gas dew point determination.
2 normative reference documents

3 principle
Will be placed in a constant pressure gas atmosphere in the smooth metal mirror gradually cooling cooling, the gas and gas in the water to keep the partial pressure
Change until the moisture in the gas reaches saturation and form dew (frost) on the mirror. The instantaneous temperature (i.e., dew point) of the dew (dew) was measured. In the dew
At the point temperature, the ratio of the saturated vapor pressure of the water to the gas pressure in the cell is the moisture content expressed as the volume fraction. Different dew point temperature
Degrees correspond to different moisture content. The moisture content of the gas is directly expressed as the dew point temperature of the moisture.
4 dew point meter
4.1 Instrument Description
The dew point meter should be measured by the gas and test tank system, polished mirror and dew (frost) observation system, cooling cooling and control system, dew point temperature measurement
System and other components. The instrument's airway system typically includes a measuring cell, a connecting line and a joint, and a flow control valve.
4.2 dew point of the basic requirements
4.2.1
Cooling capacity should be compatible with the moisture content of the sample gas. The cooling rate should be regulated.
4.2.2
Sample air flow should be regulated.
4.2.3
The formation of dew (frost) should be accurately observed.
4.2.4
Temperature measurement The temperature measured should be the same as the mirror temperature.
4.2.5
The instrument can withstand the pressure should be measured with the requirements.
4.2.6
The instrument shall have no cooling effect, that is, the airway system other than the mirror shall be free of moisture when the temperature is close to or below the moisture dew point phenomenon.
4.2.7
Mirror should have good optical properties, hydrophobic, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, high hardness.
4.2.8
Determine the volume of the pool as small as possible. The airway system should be free of dead volume, with good hydrophobicity, good chemical inertness, good gas […]
