1 Scope

This Standard specifies the prohibited substances of automobile and its parts products.

This Standard applies to the automobile and parts products used in China.

6 The transitional period requirements implemented by the standard

The products which have obtained permission or passed certification shall be executed from the 25th month of the implementation day of this Standard.
