Scope
QC/T 1241-2025 is the English-translated version of 电动汽车用混合动力电驱动系统技术要求及试验方法.
QC/T 1241-2025 covers hybrid electric drive systems for electric vehicles, specifying terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules; it applies to systems for M1 category vehicles, and other categories may use it for reference.
Such a system draws power from at least consumable fuel and an electrical energy storage device, and typically combines a drive motor, generator, dynamic coupling device and motor controller; pure electric, series, parallel and direct drive modes are defined, along with system efficiency.
Clause 4 requires raw materials complying with GB/T 30512, an intact surface, coating, leads and terminals, and refers insulation resistance and withstand voltage to 5.1.4 and 5.1.5 of GB/T 18488-2024.
Torque loss at the drive end shall not exceed 15 N·m in any mode once the oil temperature reaches 60 degrees C, unless the product technical documents say otherwise, and the system shall withstand at least 1.1 times the maximum motor operating speed for at least 2 min.
Thermal balance is reached when the motor stator temperature varies by no more than plus or minus 1 degree C within 15 min, or stays below the temperature limit within 30 min, and the system shall run at least 10 s under every peak condition.
Ripple immunity follows ISO 21498, and radiated emission, radiated immunity and power line transient conducted immunity follow 5.5.1 to 5.5.3 of GB/T 18488-2024.
Clause 5 gives the test methods, including a break-in test, and clause 6 covers nameplate, packaging, transport, storage and hazard warnings.
