Foreword

This document was in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Directives for standardization - Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents".

This document replaces QC/T 606-1999 "H-type clips". Compared with QC/T 606-1999, it mainly adds:

- H-70 soft polyvinyl chloride materials (see Table 2);

- Provisions on the insertion force and withdrawal force of the clip (see Table 2);

- Aging requirements (see Table 2);

- Requirements for prohibited substance (see Table 2);

- Requirements for volatile organic compound (VOC) (see Table 2);

- Requirements for combustion characteristics (see Table 2);

- Provisions on tolerances (see Table 2);

- Sheet hole diameter and connection thickness of vehicle body (see Table 2);

- Provisions on acceptance quality limit (AQL) (see Table 2).

1 Scope

This document specifies the type, size, and technical conditions of H-type clips for automobiles.

This document is applicable to H-type clips, which have a diameter of 6 mm and 7 mm in the mounting hole of the body sheet, AND a connection thickness of 12.5 mm ~ 21.5 mm.
