Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This standard replaces GB/T 20418-2006 "moving machinery lighting, signal and marker lights and reflectors." This standard GB/T 20418-2006 compared, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Increased introduction;

--- Removed some normative references;

--- Modify some of the terms and definitions (see 3.1.6,3.1.8,3.1.9 and 3.1 10. The 2006 edition of 3.6,3.8,3.9 and 3.10);

--- Added "symbol" (see 3.2);

--- Modify some of the basic requirements (see 4.6.1 and 462, 2006 edition of 4.1.6.1 and 4.1.6.2..);

--- Altered the content of Appendix E.

This standard uses redrafted Law Amendment uses ISO 12509:2004 "moving machinery lighting, signal and marker lights and reflectors." Technical differences exist compared to 2004, the main technical differences and their reasons are as follows. This standard and ISO 12509.

--- For ease of use, in Appendix E of the table and increase the number of tables referenced table;

--- 3.2 in the definition of K added "(or the rear of the machine)" to make the definition more accurate;

--- E.5.1.6, the type of rear turn signal lamps 1a to type 2a, error correction ISO ;

--- Figure E.4, Figure E.11, Figure E.12, Figure E.16, E.19 in FIG, beta1, beta2 label position reversed, error correction ISO ;

--- Figure E.5a), modify the size of the B-line label position, error correction ISO ;

--- Figure E.5 description b bar, "1/3L" to "1/3L1", error correction ISO ;

--- E.5.3.2 the turn signal lamp type 2 to type 1 error correction ISO ;

--- E.5.4.1, the front side turn signal lamp of the type 3b to type 3, error correction ISO ;

--- Table E.10 in, "K" to "K1", "see E.5.4" to "see E.5.1.7.2 layout C", error correction ISO ;

--- E.7.1.3c), and "should not be mixed with the rear position lamp" to "may be combined with the rear position lamp", in line with China's national conditions, it may be ISO error;

--- Figure E.14, supplement labels H1, H2, D, E size view size chart to make a more complete;

--- E.15.1.3, "front reflector" to "side reflectors" error correction ISO ;

--- Table E.20, the "minimum number per side basis E.15.1.2" to "the minimum number of each side according to Figure E.20";

--- Table E.20, the values \u200b\u200bH1 pre-increase "<=", which is the upper limit should be specified.

The standard proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.

This standard by the national earthmoving machinery Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC334) centralized.

Introduction

Earth-moving machinery designed to accommodate a wide range of jobs and workplaces, their size, quality, speed, and the working device becomes an integral part of Also a wide range of. Thus, the combination of lighting, signal and marker lights and reflectors are different.

Depending on the application of this standard and speed of the machine, providing lighting, signal and marker lights and reflectors selection information.
