Introduction
GB/T 17248 (corresponding to ISO 11200 [15] ~ ISO 11205 [19]) is a sub-standard that specifies the measuring machine
And various methods of transmitting sound pressure levels at working locations and other specified locations near the equipment. How to select the test machine equipment to emit sound pressure
The specific method of the level, the first part of GB/T 17248 gives the guiding principle. This part is the second part of GB/T 17248, which stipulates
Measuring the sound pressure level at a working position near the machine or equipment component and at other specified locations in an approximate free field above a reflecting surface
One way.
The method specified in this section differs from the other parts of GB/T 17248 (corresponding to ISO 11200 [15] ~ ISO 11205 [19])
This section does not make environmental corrections. This section specifies indoor/outdoor level 1 accuracy (precision level) and level 2 accuracy (engineering level) measurements.
Environmental requirements.
Precision measurement of level 1 accuracy is usually performed in a semi-anechoic chamber or outdoors that meets environmental requirements. Follow the technique defined later
The specification, in some cases, provides a condition in a factory environment in a large, flat area with no reflectors.
The previous edition of this section (equivalent to ISO 11201.1995) gives only the results of Level 2 accuracy. The level 2 standard given in this section
The accuracy method is basically the same as that given in ISO 11201.1995. This section also gives a more accurate level 1 accuracy method. This part of the make

Usually the sound pressure level generated by a machine or equipment operating in a normal environment is less than or equal to the sound pressure level generated by the sound pressure level.
The effects of background noise and the effects of other reflected noise in addition to the ground reflections placed on the machine under test are excluded. For machines in the workshop

All noise from other sources or machines needs to be obtained. For the calculation method of the sound pressure level near a machine running separately in the workshop, see
ISO /T R11690-3 [20], generally the difference between the two is 1dB~5dB, and the difference will be even greater in extreme cases.

1 Scope
1.1 Overview
This part of GB/T 17248 specifies the approximate free field above a reflecting surface, the working position near the machine or equipment and others.
The measurement method of the sound pressure level at the specified position (see Appendix D for the principle of the method). The working position is where the operator is located, it can be located
Open space, in the workshop where the tested sound source is running, in the operating room fixedly connected to the measured sound source or in the enclosed space away from the sound source. Other finger
The location can be located near the work location, or near the person/unattended machine, which is sometimes referred to as the bystander's location.
The emitted sound pressure level is measured by the A-weighted sound level, and if necessary, the band sound pressure level and the C-weighted peak emission sound can be measured according to this part.
Pressure level.
Note 1. ISO 11200 [15] gives a general overview of the contents of ISO 11200 [15] ~ ISO 11205 [19].
The measurement method specified in this section can obtain the results of Level 1 Accuracy (Precision Level) or Level 2 Accuracy (Engineering Level). Background noise only
Without correcting the acoustic environment. For the installation and operation of the tested sound source, as well as the working position and other specified position microphone placement bits
The choices given are given in specific instructions. One of the purposes of the measurement is. under the specified environmental conditions and standard installation and operating conditions,
Compare the performance of different machine units in a given series.
Note 2. The data obtained can also be used for the marking and verification of emission values as specified in ISO 4871 [8].
1.2 Types of noise and noise sources
The methods specified in this section apply to all types of noise as defined in ISO 12001, including steady-state, unsteady, undulating, 猝
Sounds and so on.
The methods specified in this section apply to noise sources of all types and sizes.
Note. "Machine" or "Source of Sound Source" in this section refers to the machine or equipment component.
1.3 Test environment
The type of test environment affects the accuracy of the transmitted sound pressure level measurement. This section requires the test environment to be a reflective plane (indoor or outdoor)
The approximate free field above.
1.4 Working position and other specified locations
This section applies to working positions and other specified locations where the sound pressure level of the launch is to be measured. The locations where measurements can be made include.
a) the working position near the sound source being tested, as is the case with many industrial machines and household appliances;
b) the working position in the operating room, which is part of the machine under test, as is the case with many trucks and bulldozers;
c) working position in part or all of the enclosed space (or behind the barrier) belonging to the manufacturer's machinery and equipment
Part of the body;
d) the working position of the tested sound source partially or completely closed, which is encountered in some large industrial machines;
e) the location of the bystander, the person occupying the position is not responsible for the operation of the machine, but may be temporarily or always in its vicinity;
