Scope

GB/T 36513-2018 is the English-translated version of 移动式道路施工机械 夯实机械安全要求.

GB/T 36513-2018 sets the safety requirements for compaction machines used in road construction, namely vibratory plates and vibratory rammers. It supplements GB 26504, the general safety standard for mobile road construction machinery, and is used together with it; where the two differ, its specific requirements take precedence.

It addresses the significant hazards, hazardous situations and events that can arise in intended use and reasonably foreseeable misuse, with the list of significant hazards, the safety requirements and protective measures, how they are verified, and the information for use.

Normative annexes deal with remote control of operator-controlled machines, the noise test procedure for vibratory plates and vibratory rammers, and hand-arm vibration measurement on walk-behind vibratory compaction machines. It was issued on 13 July 2018 and has applied since 1 February 2019.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the safety requirements for compacting machinery and all weights that may occur under predetermined use and reasonably foreseeable misuse conditions. Big dangers, dangerous states and events.

This standard supplements the specific requirements for compacting machinery on the basis of GB 26504. This standard is used in conjunction with GB 26504. this The specific requirements of the standard take precedence over the general requirements of GB 26504.

This standard applies to vibratory plates and vibratory rammers.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 15706 apply to this document.

3.1 Compaction machine

Tamping materials such as rock fillers, soil or asphalt layers by the impact or vibration of the work tool or a combination of the two functions Machine.

Note: It can be divided into self-propelled or installed in other forms of carrying machinery. The operator can directly control the tamping machinery by physical contact (in carrying Mechanically control the control device or the control device mounted directly on the machine with the accompanying control, or indirectly control the compaction machine without physical contact (See Appendix A for wired remote or wireless remote control).

3.2 Vibratory plate

A tamping machine that vibrates and horizontally moves a flat bottom plate by directional vibration.

Note 1. The tamping of the material is done by the vibration of the working tool.
