This document specifies the classification and marking of vibration molding platforms for precast concrete components, technical requirements, and describes the corresponding test methods. Inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, installation and storage were established. This document applies to the manufacture of vibration molding platforms for the production of precast concrete components.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 A work platform with a horizontally arranged surface, which uses vibration to compact precast concrete components.
Note. It generally consists of a mold table, a vibration source device and other mechanisms (hereinafter referred to as "vibration table").
3.2 A device capable of generating vibration and transmitting the vibrational force to the mold table.
3.3 A vibration table in which the vibration source device is fixed in a position relative to the ground.
Note. Vibration tables are divided into two types. fixed-source integral vibration tables (hereinafter referred to as "integral vibration tables") and fixed-source split vibration tables (hereinafter referred to as "split vibration tables"). (Table) In an integral vibration table, the mold platform and vibration source device are connected as a whole; in a split vibration table, the mold platform is movable relative to the vibration source device, and vibration molding is achieved. The mold table is connected to the vibration source device by a clamping mechanism. When the vibration is complete, the clamping mechanism is released, the mold table separates from the vibration source device, and moves to the next one. Workstation.
