GB/T 25641-2025 is the English-translated version of 道路施工与养护机械设备 沥青混合料厂拌热再生设备.
GB/T 25641-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the plant that reheats reclaimed asphalt and blends it back into new mix — the RAP feed and drying without burning the old binder, the maximum recycled proportion, the mixing accuracy and the temperature control, the dust and blue smoke collection, and the production rate and metering accuracy. Overheating reclaimed asphalt burns the binder that is the whole reason for recycling it, which is why the heating method is the heart of the standard. It replaces GB/T 25641-2010, under the China Machinery Industry Federation. In force from 1 March 2026. Issued on 29 August 2025, it has been in force since 1 March 2026, replacing GB/T 25641-2010.

Compared with GB/T 25641-2010, apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Terms and definitions have been changed (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2010 edition);
b) The main parameter series has been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2010 edition);
c) Job performance metrics have been changed (see 5.1, 2010 version 5.1);
d) Increased system requirements (see 5.3.2);
e) Burner requirements have been changed (see 5.3.4, 5.3.3 in the 2010 version);
f) The requirement for sampling ports in the regenerant supply system has been removed (see 5.3.4.3 in the 2010 edition);
g) Increased the capacity requirement for heat recovery silos (see 5.3.6.5);
h) The requirement for dust removal flue gas ducts (see 5.3.8 in the 2010 edition) has been deleted, and the requirement for induced draft systems has been added (see 5.3.9);
