Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document supersedes GB/T 32543-2016 "Connection Types and Safety Requirements for Concrete Conveying Pipes in Construction Machinery and Equipment". Compared with GB/T 32543-2016, apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2016 edition);

b) Added information on concrete delivery pipe types, dimensions, and markings (see Chapter 4);

c) Some basic dimensions of Type A flanges and pipe clamps have been changed (see 6.1,

5.1 in the.2016 edition);

d) Some basic dimensions of Type B flanges, pipe clamps, and sealing rings have been modified (see 6.2,

5.2 in the.2016 edition);

e) Some basic dimensions of the C-type flange have been changed (see 6.3,

5.3 in the.2016 edition);

f) The operating pressure range has been changed (see 7.2,

6.2 in the.2016 version);

g) Added design requirements, manufacturing requirements, and usage requirements (see 7.3, 7.4, and 7.5);

h) The identifier has been changed (see 7.7,

1 Scope

GB/T 32543-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering the pipe and couplings of a concrete pump - a line carrying abrasive concrete at high pressure, where a worn wall or a failed clamp releases a whipping pipe, and where wall thickness has to be checked in service and not only when new. It replaces GB/T 32543-2016. It was issued on 28 January 2026 and has been in force since 1 August 2026, replacing GB/T 32543-2016. The document is under the responsibility of the China Machinery Industry Federation. This page is published from the official record of the 2026 edition; the clause text of a standard this recent is not yet in circulation, and the figures, limits and tables it contains are those of the document itself, delivered in full with the English translation.

This document specifies the type, dimensions and markings, connection types, connection dimensions, safety requirements and inspection rules for concrete conveying pipes, describing... The corresponding experimental methods were developed. This document applies to the manufacture and inspection of concrete conveying pipes and related auxiliary equipment with a nominal inner diameter of 50mm to 180mm.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 46760-2025, as well as the following terms and definitions, apply to this document.

3.1 delivery pipe Pipes used for transporting concrete.

Note. Delivery pipes include straight pipes, bends, tapered pipes, and flexible hoses, etc.

3.2 flange The flange at the end of the concrete delivery pipe is used to connect to other delivery pipes.

3.3 pipe clamping A ring clamp structure device used to connect two flanges.

3.4 connecting ring Rings used for connecting pipe fittings.
