Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 1227-2010 "precision pressure gauge." Compared with GB/T 1227-2010, the main technical changes except editorial modification are as follows:
---Changes have been made to the requirements for the length of directly installed meter joints (see 3.3.4,.2010 version 3.3.4);
--- Increased overpressure requirements and test methods for high pressure gauges (see 4.9, 5.12);
--- Increased alternating pressure requirements and test methods for high pressure gauges (see 4.10.2, 5.13.2);
--- Modify the test method of vibration resistance to the working environment (see 5.16,.2010 version 5.16). This standard is proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Industrial Process Measurement, Control, and Automation Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC124). This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging and storage of precision pressure gauges. This standard applies to mechanical pointer-type precision pressure gauges and vacuum gauges using spring tubes (C-shaped tubes, coil spring tubes, spiral tubes) as elastic elements. Pressure vacuum gauge (hereinafter referred to as gauge).
Note. This standard includes a stainless steel pressure gauge and a special gauge pressure gauge.
