LY/T 3023-2018 — This standard specifies portable blowing, suction and blower fans with or without pulverizing function using lithium ion batteries as power source (below) Referred to as "Lithium Electric Blowing Machine", the terms and definitions, model preparation methods, basic parameters, technical requirements and test methods, signs, instructions for use, Packaging, transportation, storage and handling.
This standard is applicable to portable gardening, which is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack or battery pack with a nominal voltage not greater than 75V DC.
Suction and blowing suction fan. This standard does not apply to. ---Blowing machine with a universal battery pack or battery pack installed by the user as the power source; --- Other blowing machines that are not powered by lithium-ion batteries.
