Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 30784-2014 "Planetary Mixers for Food Processing Machinery". Compared with GB/T 30784-2014, In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

— Changed the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2014 edition);

— Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

— Changed the description of product structure and added protective cover (see 4.1, Chapter 3 of the 2014 edition);

— Changed the classification of planetary mixers from Category 3 to Category 2 (see 4.2, Chapter 4 of the 2014 edition);

— Changed the expression of the relevant hazard description, added the hazard description of the motor housing in Table 1, deleted the description of type 3 Requirements (see Chapter 5, 5.5 and 5.6 of the 2014 edition);

— Changed the description of relevant hazards (see Table 1, Chapter 5 of the 2014 edition);

— Added general requirements for product design (see 6.1);

— Deleted the requirements for type 3 (see 6.1.2.3, 6.1.2.5, 6.1.4.4, 6.5 of the 2014 edition);

— Added requirements for motor housing protection level (see 6.4);

— Increased the safety dimensions of protective devices (see 6.2.2.1);

— Increased the opening size of the protective cover (see Table 2);

— Changed the measure verification (see Table 3, Table 1 of the 2014 edition);

— Changed the type inspection items (see Table 4, Table 2 of the 2014 edition);

— Changed the provisions on product marking (see 9.2, 9.2 of the 2014 edition);

— Added "Noise Test Specification" (see Appendix A).

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements and inspection rules for planetary mixers equipped with bowl-shaped barrels (hereinafter referred to as barrels), defines the relevant The document provides terms and definitions, describes the structural classification, verification of measures and the associated hazards in different areas, and gives information on use.

This document is applicable to planetary mixers with a barrel capacity of >=5L and <=200L used in food stores to process various food materials.
