1 Scope

This document specifies the relevant technical requirements, as well as the requirements for marking, packaging, transportation, and storage. It describes the relevant test methods and defines the inspection procedures.

This document applies to single-phase appliances with a rated voltage not exceeding 250V, and other appliances with a rated voltage not exceeding 480V, and the rated output voltage of a single heating unit.

Design, manufacture and inspection of commercial intelligent cooking equipment with an input power not exceeding 35kW and primarily used for stir-frying.

Commercial cooking machines that utilize other energy sources such as natural gas or fuel oil, or other heating methods, must have their electrical components designed, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with [relevant regulations/standards].
