Foreword

This standard is based on GB/T 1.1-2009 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1. Structure and Compilation of Standards", GB/T.20001.3-2015 "Standard Writing Rules Part 3. Classification Standards" and GB/T 7027-2002 "Basic Principles and Methods for Information Classification and Coding", Combined with the classification and code information of grain and processed products in China's current grain industry, a comprehensive code is given.

This standard replaces LS/T 1703-2004 "Food Information Classification and Coding of Grain and Processed Products Classification and Code", and LS/T 1703-Compared with 2004, the main technical content changes are as follows.

--- Removed product grade classification.

--- Added GB/T 7635 related classification agency.

This standard was proposed by the National Grain Administration.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Grain and Oil Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC270).

This standard was drafted. Henan University of Technology, National Grain and Oil Information Center, Hubei Provincial Grain Bureau, Henan Provincial Grain Bureau.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the principles and methods for the classification of food and processed products in the food industry, coding methods and code structure, coding principles, and food.

And technical requirements for processing product classification and code.

This standard applies to information processing and information exchange in the food industry.

3.1 Classification according to the origin of the product and the basic properties of the product's physical properties, processing technology, and use.
