Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting is required.

This document replaces GB/T 17892-1999 "High-quality wheat and strong-gluten wheat". Compared with GB/T 17892-1999, except for the structural adjustment In addition to the integration and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

Changed terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 1999 edition); - Added classification (see Chapter 4);- The quality requirements have been changed (see Chapter 5, Chapter 4 of the 1999 edition); - The test method has been changed (see Chapter 6, Chapter 5 of the 1999 edition); - The inspection rules have been changed (see Chapter 7, Chapter 6 of the 1999 edition); - Added label identification (see Chapter 8);- Changed the requirements for packaging, transportation and storage (see Chapter 9, Chapter 7 of the 1999 edition). - Please note that some of the contents of this document may involve patents. 1 Scope

This document defines the terms and definitions of high-quality wheat, and stipulates the classification, quality requirements, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, storage and transportation requirements, and describes the corresponding inspection methods.

This document applies to the acquisition, storage, transportation, processing and sale of high-quality commercial wheat.
