JB/T 7601.6-2008 is the English-translated version of 电线电缆专用设备基本技术要求第6部分：机械加工.

JB/T 7601.6-2008, a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard, is the sixth part of the basic technical requirements for equipment for electric wires and cables and treats machining. It fixes the basic technical requirements and the inspection rules for the machining of the products, components and parts of this equipment, and its declared field of application is the machining of wire and cable equipment products. Among the standards quoted in it are GB/T 1095, GB/T 1184-1996, GB/T 1804, GB/T 6403.4 and GB/T 12359. It replaces JB/T 7601.6-1994. The Chinese classification given for it is K13 and the international classification 29.060.01, and it comes from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
