Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 7724-2008 "Electronic Weighing Instruments". Compared with GB/T 7724-2008, except for structural adjustment and editing In addition to the modifications, the main technical changes are as follows:

---Deleted the digital junction box, AD module, digital weight transmitter, data storage device, sales terminal, and large-screen display and terms and definitions of multi-channel input (see 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 3.1.4, 3.1.6, 3.1.7, 3.1.8, 3.1.9 of the 2008 version);

---Added terms and definitions for digital weighing indicators, multi-channel weighing instruments, Internet of Things weighing instruments, and wireless weighing instruments (see 3.1.7, 3.1.9, 3.1.10, 3.1.11);

---Added symbols and abbreviations (see 3.3);

---Added classification and coding (see Chapter 4);

---The classification of weighing instrument classes has been changed, and the requirements for -I and -II have been deleted (see 5.1.1, 5.1.2, 5.2 of the 2008 edition);

---Added appearance requirements and appearance inspection (see 5.2, 6.3);

---Changed the protection capability requirements (see 5.2.3, 6.1.1.1 of the 2008 version);

---Deleted the packaging protection capability requirements (see 6.15 of the 2008 version);

---Added interface requirements and interface checks (see 5.3.6, 6.4.6);

---Changed the sensor excitation feedback requirements (see 5.4.1.3, 5.12.3 and 5.12.4 of the 2008 version);

---Changed the anti-interference requirements (see 5.5, 5.8 of the 2008 version);

---Changed the requirements for multi-channel instruments (see 5.7.3, 5.5 and 6.8 of the 2008 version);

--- Added requirements and test methods for Internet of Things weighing instruments and wireless weighing instruments (see 5.7 and 6.8);

--- Add the method for determining the calibration graduation value eind (see 6.1.3);

---Changed the protection capability and electrical safety test methods (see 6.3.3, 6.7, 7.7, 7.9 of the 2008 edition);

---Added additional tests for specific functional instruments (see 6.8);

---The inspection items and judgment rules for factory inspection and type inspection have been changed (see Table 6, Table 9 and Table 10 of the 2008 version);

--- Added requirements for the main parameters of the sign (see 8.1.2).

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, measurement requirements, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, Storage and other requirements, define terms and definitions, classification and coding, and describe test methods.

This document applies to medium-accuracy and ordinary-accuracy electronic weighing instruments used in non-automatic weighing instruments.
