Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting is required.
This document replaces GB/T 15561-2008 "Static Electronic Track Scale". Compared with GB/T 15561-2008, except for structural adjustments and in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--Added Chapter 4 Models and Nomenclature (see Chapter 4);
--Change "basic requirements" to "measurement requirements" (see Chapter 5, Chapter 4 of the 2008 edition);
--Change "technical conditions" to "technical requirements" (see Chapter 6, Chapter 5 of the 2008 edition);
--Change the calibration scale value from e>=5 kg to e>=10 kg, which is more in line with the actual use requirements of the railway scale (see Table 1, 2008
Table 2 of the 2010 edition);
--Added additional requirements for multi-division digital indicator track scales, and added corresponding measurement and technical requirements in the following chapters (see 5.3, 5.8, 6.2, 6.3.5, 5.5.1, 6.6.3, 6.7);
--Added the commitment of the manufacturer that the software does not have deceptive usage characteristics (see 6.1.3.2);
--Added the definition and test method of multi-carrier digital indicating track scale (see 3.2, 7.6.2, 7.12.2);
--Added the requirements for track scale error distribution coefficient (see 5.4.3, 6.2.3, 6.3.3);
--Deleted the contents of "initial verification", "subsequent verification" and "type evaluation" (see 5.1.3, 5.1.4, 7.1 of the 2008 edition) and modified them to "Type inspection (see 8.1, 8.2)";
--Added the requirement that weighing sensors and electronic weighing instruments "have corresponding type approval certificates and do not need to undergo repeated tests" Request (see 7.13);
--Added "long-term stability" requirements (see 3.8, 5.9, 7.17);
--Added software requirements (see 6.14.2.3).
Introduction
Railway transportation is the backbone of my country's comprehensive transportation system and one of the main modes of transportation, especially for ore, coal, stone, sand, etc.
The transportation of bulk cargoes such as stone plays a vital role in the social and economic development of our country.
The use of loading tools such as belt scales, loaders, and quantitative loading systems effectively solves the contradiction between loading efficiency and accurate measurement.
With the continuous improvement of railway measurement management level and the increase in freight car models, digital indicating track scales have also become the source of railway safety management.
Important measuring equipment. Due to the particularity of its carrier type, it is necessary to use the railway track weighing and inspection vehicle to carry out the calibration work.
In order to improve the production and manufacturing level of digital indicating rail scales nationwide, adapt to the development of new technologies of digital indicating rail scales, and better protect the in order to ensure fairness and justice in inter-industry trade settlement and railway transportation safety, it is very important to revise GB/T 15561-2008 "Static Electronic Track Scale" Necessary.
