Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. This standard replaces GB/T 10171-2005 "concrete mixing station (House)." Compared with GB/T 10171-2005 major technological changes as follows:

--- Modify the application of the criteria range (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1, 2005);

--- Increasing the definition of nominal capacity (see 3.1);

--- Remove the mixing station demolition of terms and definitions (see the 2005 version 3.10);

--- Increasing the discharge height of the definition (see 3.11);

--- Modify the main parameters of the series, with a corresponding series mixing console main parameters (see 41, 2015, version 4.3.);

--- Remove the "removable - not labeled" (see Table 2);

--- Equipment noise requirements listed separately (see

5.1.9 and Table 4);

--- Remove the star silo dragline formula feeding device content, increasing the content of the hopper feeding mechanism (see 531, 2005

5.3.1 and Table 5.);

--- Modified material measurement accuracy, increased dynamic measurement accuracy of each plate and cumulative dynamic measurement accuracy requirements (see 5.5.2.3, Tables 7 and 8, 2005

1 Scope

GB/T 10171-2016 is the Chinese national standard on building construction machinery and equipment - concrete mixing plant(tower), in the field of construction materials and building. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 24 February 2016 by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 10 April 2016. Classification: ICS 91.220, CCS P97.
