Scope

GB/T 39834-2021 is the English-translated version of 综合机械化膏体袋式充填采煤技术要求.

GB/T 39834-2021 sets the technical requirements of fully mechanized paste bag filling in coal mining, the method that fills the goaf with bagged paste as the face advances.

It fixes the preparation of the paste, its transport, the filling process, the requirements on the filling hydraulic supports and on the bags, and the observation of the surface subsidence and of the underground pressure.

It applies to fully mechanized longwall faces in seams up to 5 m thick worked with the inclined mining method. Mining companies and design institutes use it. Issued on 9 March 2021, it has applied since 1 October 2021.

1 Scope

This document specifies the preparation of paste material, paste material transportation, paste filling process and the process of integrated mechanized paste bag filling coal mining Requirements, requirements for filling hydraulic supports and filling bags, surface deformation and underground pressure observation.

This document is applicable to the comprehensive mechanized wall working face with coal seam thickness below 5m, and the inclined mining method should be adopted.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Pasteofcoalminegangue

Crush and process coal mine gangue into aggregate with a certain gradation, and mix and stir it with cement, fly ash, additives, etc. in proportion to water It is a paste-like slurry with no critical flow rate and no need for dehydration.

3.2 Filingstationwithpaste
