Scope

NB/T 11446-2023 is the English-translated version of 煤矿连采连充技术要求.

NB/T 11446-2023 is the Chinese energy industry standard for continuous mining and backfilling, in which coal is extracted roadway by roadway and each branch roadway is filled before the next is mined.

It sets requirements for filling materials and for the system layout: working face arrangement, the combined production system, preparation and transport of filling material, layout of mining and filling branch roadways, and ventilation.

It lists the coal mining, transfer, material preparation and filling equipment, describes the mining and filling processes, and specifies monitoring of mine pressure, filling quality, rock movement and surface deformation.

An informative annex explains how to calculate retaining wall strength. Issued on 28 December 2023, it has applied since 28 June 2024.

1 Scope

This document specifies the general requirements, system layout, equipment composition, process flow, and monitoring content of continuous mining and filling technology in coal mines.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in NB/T 51023-2014 and the following apply to this document.

3.1 Headgate for continuous mining and backfilling

Continuous mining and charging transport lane headgate forming roadway by roadway with continuous backfilling.

A tunnel arranged at the lower end of the continuous mining and filling working face, used to transport coal out and introduce fresh air.

3.2 Tailgate for continuous mining and backfilling

It is arranged at the upper end of the continuous mining and filling working face and is used to transport filling materials and lead out polluted air.

3.3 Setup entry for continuous mining and backfilling

continuous backfilling setup entry forming roadway by roadway with continuous backfilling.

Before the continuous mining and filling working face is mined, it is arranged at the boundary of the working face, connecting the transport lane and the return air lane, and is used for ventilation, transportation and pedestrians. Alley.

3.4 Mining branch roadway
