Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard uses the redrafting method to modify the international legal system No. 51 international recommendation OIMLR51 "automatic inspection and weighing apparatus" the R51 International Recommendation was drafted in 2005 by the OIMLTC9/SC2 Automatic Weighing Subcommittee. R51 "automatic check and balance the device is divided into two parts. the first part (R51-1) "measurement requirements and technical requirements test"; the second part (R51-2) "type evaluation report".

In order to be structurally consistent with the R51 International Recommendation, Appendix A and Appendix B of the R51 International Recommendation are used as standard normative Appendix A and Appendix B.

Since the current management model of measurement products in China is different from the international one, there are a small number of this standard and R51 international recommendations.

Differences, for the sake of comparison, a checklist of the provisions of this standard and the internationally recommended clauses is listed in the informative Appendix C.

Due to the legal requirements of our country and the special needs of industry, this standard has been revised when adopting international recommendations. These technical differences Vertical single lines are identified in the margins of the terms they refer to. A list of technical differences and their causes is given in Appendix D.

for reference.

This standard removes the preface to the R51 International Recommendation.

This standard was proposed by the Light Industry Federation.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Weighing Apparatus Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC97).

Note. In this standard, "quality" (or "weight value") is more suitable for the expression "agreed quality" or "agreed value of weighing results in air", and "weight" it is a concrete form of quality (equal to physical measuring tools) that is more suitable for its physical and metrological characteristics.

The scale can also be used to determine other magnitudes, values, parameters or characteristics of the mass function.

According to its operation, the scale can be divided into automatic weighing instruments and non-automatic weighing instruments.
