GB/T 33553-2022Facility requirements for public employment and talent service agency (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 33553-2017 "Requirements for Facilities and Equipment of Public Employment Service Centers", compared with GB/T 33553-2017, The main technical changes other than editorial changes are as follows.

a) Modified the scope of the standard (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2017 edition);

b) Normative references have been added GB/T 15566.1, GB/T 32623, GB/T 33529, GB/T 36112, GB/T 39735 (see Chapter 2);

c) Deleted the terms and definitions of the Public Employment Service Center (see 3.1 of the.2017 edition);

d) terms and definitions of public employment and talent service agencies have been added (see 3.1);

e) revised site location and area requirements (see 4.1 and 4.2, 4.1 and 4.2 of the.2017 edition);

f) Revised the requirements for functional area division (see 4.3.1.1, 4.3.1.2, 4.3.1.1, 4.3.1.2 of the.2017 edition);

g) Modified the service area setting requirements (see 4.3.2.1.1, 4.3.2.1.2, 4.3.2.1.3, 4.3.2.1 of the.2017 edition);

h) Revised the requirements for setting up the personnel file management area for mobile personnel (see 4.3.2.2, 4.3.2.2 of the.2017 edition);

i) Revised the requirements for setting up office areas and auxiliary functional areas (see 4.3.2.3, 4.3.2.4, 4.3.2.3 and 4.3.2.4 of the.2017 edition);

j) Added requirements for functional area division (see 4.3.1.3);

k) List the content related to waiting for rest in the front desk service area (hall) (see 4.3.2.1.1);

l) Added 2 requirements for convenience facilities and equipment (see 5.3.1.2, 5.3.1.3);

m) Modified the system requirements for automatic queuing and number picking (see 5.5, 5.5 of the.2017 edition);

n) Revised the requirements for information network facilities (see 5.6.1, 5.6.2, 5.6.3, 5.6.1, 5.6.2, 5.6.3 of the.2017 edition);

o) Modified the requirements for security facilities and equipment (see 5.7, 5.7 of the.2017 edition);

p) Added requirements for service evaluation facilities and equipment (see 5.8);

q) Revised the requirements for facilities and equipment in the functional area (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the.2017 edition);

r) Added requirements for the establishment of signs for public employment and talent service agencies (see Chapter 7);

s) Modified optimization and upgrading to evaluation and improvement, and modified the corresponding requirements (see Chapter 8, Chapter 7 of the.2017 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the premises, infrastructure equipment, functional area facilities and equipment, signs and evaluation and Improvement request. This document applies to public employment and talent services agencies.

The contents of the following documents constitute essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, dated citations documents, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.
