GB/T 33554-2017 is the English-translated version of 职业指导服务规范.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements, service objects and content of the career guidance services, service processes, service requirements, service supervision, evaluation and Improve.

This standard applies to professional guidance services carried out by public employment service organizations.

GB/T 33528 The terms and definitions defined apply to this document.

4 Basic requirements

4.1 Site requirements

4.1.1 Public employment service agencies shall, in accordance with GB/T 33553, set up a vocational guidance service area within a comprehensive service facility.

4.1.2 Career Guidance Service Area The design of the space, facility layout, light color, etc. in the area should be the same as the service object and the service mode. Features are compatible.

4.1.3 Occupational guidance service area should be equipped with evacuation channels, safe exit and set fire safety evacuation logo.

4.1.4 Career Guidance Service area should be equipped with professional software, professional tools and professional books necessary for career guidance.

4.2 Personnel requirements

4.2.1 Public employment service agencies should be equipped with appropriate, reasonably structured full-time or part-time career instructors based on the number of clients Staff, should be equipped with the corresponding vocational qualification certificate of the professional guidance staff. Personnel who are engaged in individual guidance and group guidance should hold vocational guidance Level and above vocational qualification certificate.

4.2.2 Career guidance staff should be familiar with human resources and social security laws and regulations and policies to grasp the human resources market supply and demand situation and market
